I think credit card companies should think twice about doing anything (reduce credit limits, increase fees) to people who have always paid their bills on time. If customers mess with them by missing payments, fine, tighten the rules, . But a person who always paid their bill has been straight with them, and they should be left alone. This just seems like good customer service.
