Amizuno is a former bulge bracket investment banking analyst that now works in the corporate development group of a publicly-traded entity. Amizuno attempts to identify attractive investment opportunities, irrespective of industry or market capitalization, in under- or reasonably-valued companies with proven or emerging sustainable competitive advantages and material growth opportunities.
Started in 1997 trading my own money in futures (ouch), then options (oops), then penny stocks(darn).
Now I use fundamental and technical analysis together, and my approach is very conservative compared to my earlier losing years trading. I hold longer term positions in profitable companies using quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily charts for timing.
I have held several positions in corporations like Treasurer at Ares-Serono in Geneva (Switzerland) and Madrid (Spain), and at Cemex in Madrid. I have also held the position of CFO of Telefónica International Miami branch with broad responsibilities of the operations in San Salvador and Guatemala, and Director of Control and Budgeting at Telesp in São Paulo (Brazil). Since 2004 I work for myself.
I received a BA in Finance from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and course studies of Marketing and Finance under an Erasmus Scholarship in Worms and Mannheim in Germany.
Currently after finishing a Master of Accounting and Financial Management I am preparing for the CPA exam in Florida. I own and work for a Tax and Financial Services Company in South Florida. I’m very interested in all types of cultures and truly believe that markets can help to make a better world in all aspects.
I am a Financial Analyst and maintain my own Site http://www.everythingaboutinvestment.com where i put the articles regarding investment so that it can help each and everyone around the globe to get an detail insight into Investing and Investment.
