    Regarding EXETF: I think it's one of the weak sisters in the sector. Dividend hasn't increased...7-cents since 2009 based upon a dividend cut. Not the sector I want to see lack of dividend growth. TJ

    If you look at the 3rd box down, I have a record of HTA's return (since June 6th, 2012 inception) with dividends reinvested: a very plump 31.12% return.

    I would not want to own Leisure World - a Canadian healthcare REIT. They are based in Ottawa (Blackberryville) and purchased a private company. That name does not appeal to me.

    Management teams are key to corporate success.

    You bring up good points - on any stock. Entry price is crucial. The 10-year bond is 1.75%. Intel & personal computers took a big down turn last week. A growing dividend in a secular trend or a big yield in a decaying sector (computers) - we all have to time and buy what fits our profile.
