    • Windsun33: Secondaries are common with the REIT's. Usually does not affect stock price much.

    • Todd Johnson: $AGNC -- technically won't do a secondary, but sell shares thru their SEC 424(B)(2) filing. $CYS is doing a secondary in traditional sense.
