  • Arena: What's It Really Worth? [View article]
John, Nice article. As a long, not a rec do your own dd, I've watched many other shareholders complain about the shorts. If someone wants to try their luck actually taking the complaints to the SEC here's the link. I haven't paid enough attention to make the claims myself.

I do know that recent shareholder complaints have caused another company to be currently placed on the regSHO threshold list. Which means they have 13 days to cover or the naked shares will be bought in. So the SEC does listen if the complaints are valid.

In ARNA's case, they just may have a lot of stock floating which makes it vulnerable to HFTs legally acquiring the shares they sell.

If you believe you can describe the allegedly inappropriate activity, these are the complaint links. The SEC does actually follow up. Most poeple just gripe without taking corrective initiative.

  • Kandi Technologies Vs. Tesla: Wall Street EV Match-Up Revisited Part 2 [View article]
That is exactly one of the hurdles Battery 2 Grid and Smart Grid attempts to tackle. The batteries are used for stablization purpuoses, and charged in non-peak times or from alternatives other than coal.

If you join Randix's group you'll be able to source information about solar carport charging with kandi cars as well.

Beyond the obvious drawback of charge time for plug in, is the taxing effect on the grid. If people are charging during the day at their parking garage, it's during peak time. The other well circulated solution is 'fast charge'. The technology exists but moving electons is a zero sum game. You can move a lot of them at once into a battery, but they have to come from somehwere all at once. Fast charging becomes an even bigger problem for the grid.

  • Kandi Technologies Vs. Tesla: Wall Street EV Match-Up Revisited Part 2 [View article]
    Joe,
Join the Kandi group that Randix manages. You'll come to understand the differences very quickly.

Start witht he QBEx patents which Kandi owns that are being implemented by the State Grid. They facilitate battery exchange throught he rocker panel of the car within moments.

You'll come to learn that Chairman Hu was lead engineer on China's 863 project; their government's "manhattan project" to develop a national electric vehicle strategy.

    Kand has maintained profitablity.

The more you dig, the more you'll feel compelled to dig.

  • Kandi Vs. Tesla Wall Street Match-Up Revisited: Exceptional EV Business Execution From Both [View article]
    UP Yours..

If you dig into the relationships between kandi, and the state grid, it becomes very interesting how their smart grid project incorporates battery to grid for their stabilzation purposes.

    http://bit.ly/10fl95I

The China Smart Grid site will allow you to begin ongoing research of their smart grid development efforts.

You'll also find that he Chinese just like most Ameicans believe that EV's suck.

What makes Kandi's model enticing to me as an investor are the QBEx side slide patents along with State Grid's battery stabilization needs. These little 2 seater cars seem to be a cost effective conduit for saturating the market with the battery exchage technology.

To me, I see this play as yes an auto compnay, but a faciltiator of China's ambition to implementB2G and go toe to to with big oil.

If you are a research oriented invstor, I encorage you to dig, and dig and dig... this has been the most fun company I have ever had to research. The more I dig, the more I find myself enticed to dig.

  • Kandi: Don't Look Now, It's Happening [View article]

"Xinhua Zhejiang Channel, December 8 (Reporter Yue Deliang), Zhejiang Province, the government decided to accelerate the industrial development of energy-saving and new energy vehicles, to clearly build Hangzhou, Jinhua, two new energy automobile base…………. ………Zhejiang Provincial Government encouraged at all levels of administrative institutions, public service organizations, the general public service vehicles for state-owned enterprises, commercial vehicles, specific business vehicles and fixed within the region duty law enforcement vehicles, such as priority procurement, the use of pure electric vehicles; encourage vigorously promote the use of energy-saving and new energy vehicles in the city bus system; accelerate the promotion of pure electric vehicles in the field of city taxi."

    Which seems to tag with:

    http://yhoo.it/Yo3MyL

And yes, you do actually have to work if you are an analyst if you want the full truth on Kandi. No one is calling you in the morning. No one is sending you research. No one is doing your job for you.

I wouldn't expect this information dissimenation tenor to change any time soon. As anyone who actually reads the deals Chairman Hu is engaging in can discern, he knows the value of having http://bit.ly/15wTkfE and he really doesn't seem to exert any effort coddling those who are not aware of the importance of the technology.

Read the particulars of the Zyote Agreement and the Geely Agreement. And I'm not spoon feeding any lazy whiney people the links. Do your job.
