    Paul, I like the combination strategy and did it on APOL a few years ago when it was very depressed, there were some accounting issues which created a lot of volatility. It popped as soon as the accounting was cleared up and I wound up wishing I had just played it long the shares.

    My experience has been when the premiums are this attractive the stock usually makes a large move.

    But in the best case the 53% annualized is more like 70%. The stock can't go both directions at once, and like any other position you can close it if it turns against you.
