Tom advises bank management on enhanced profitability strategies in commercial lending through better loan pricing and more effective relationship management. His areas of focus include assisting banks with successful transitions to systematic loan pricing and relationship.

Hannagan has more than 30 years experience as a banker and as a consultant. Prior to joining Baker Hill, Hannagan was founder and president of Fairfield Management Resources. There, he developed a leading-edge banking industry customer relationship management system that was installed in over 200 banks. As a consultant, he provided banks with profitability strategies in commercial loan pricing, customer profitability and relationship management. Hannagan's articles have been featured in several periodicals including the Risk Management Association Journal. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Illinois.
