A great explanation to a very complicated process. Some dividends, although small would go a long way for VHC.

  • Dear Apple Shareholders And Customers: What Apple Should Be Disclosing To You [View article]
I think Landlord3111 on Investor Village kind of nails this one on the head. Ill share what he posted on IV.

"Apple's decision to continue deny culpability for what they have done and are continuing to do and now will inflict damage and security problems on their clients for their blind lust for money and power should be published. Not just for revenge or just criticism but the truth about the security risks they are now choosing to expose their clients to and the poor quality of service for both business and personal use of their products so many blindly accept in a cult like fashion when they do not need to because of their blind greed. "

Whether its big or small to Apple is irrelevant; it is significant to the inventors of the technology and now their shareholders too. Whether or not these ground breaking inventions should be patentable or not, this is all very valuable technology for Apple. Technology so valuable that they have to create less superior workarounds that proves the superiority of VHC tech.

  • Another Reason Why You Should Be Invested In VirnetX [View article]
    Hey MarcToMarket,

I was unable to find any other business that will provide a secure domain registry and secure domain services in the future.

That being said VirnetX's patent '504 and patent '151 are individual to VirnetX. They are individual in the areas of: agile network protocol for secure communications through secure domain names and the method of establishing a secure connection based on a DNS request.

So the patented technology does create a significant barrier to entry for competitors, and no I could not find anyone else who plans to both create a secure domain registry and provide secure domain name services in the future.

I thought a solid definition would help:

(Google Definition) A Domain Name is: A series of alphanumeric strings separated by periods, such as http://www.oup-usa.org, serving as an address for a computer network connection and identifying the owner of the address. The last three letters in a domain name indicate what type of organization owns the address: for instance, .com stands for commercial, .edu for educational, and .org for nonprofit

VirnetX defines their Secure Domain Name Registry as: VirnetX intends to establish the exclusive secure domain name registry in the United States and other key markets around the world. Customers, including service providers, telecommunication companies, ISPs, system integrators and OEMs will purchase a license to our secure domain name registrar service. We provide the software suite and technology support to enable such customers to provision devices with secure domain names and facilitate secure connections between registered devices.

    All the best,
    Tom

  • What Is Wrong With Microsoft? [View article]
Superb article, really makes it very clear that Microsoft is far from dead. I also agree with the previous poster that Microsoft DOES make superior technology to Apple but they cannot market it.

In my opinion they should have used something Apple does not have a product to compete with, such as XBOX and expanded upon it's Icloud linked features to windows based phones and operating systems, like iCloud.

Playing a PC game for instance is amazing with the customizability of everything from the processor to the graphics card. Being able to use these "powerful" applications (harder to run games and programs) across all windows platforms (even if the computer is running the game and your playing it through your phone which is linked to the computer) would be amazing. I agree Microsoft is due for a comeback.

Check out my article regarding VirnetX and Apple.

Microsoft settled with VirnetX in the past, maybe a stake would be a good choice!
