$KO looks even more exhausted here than it did yesterday - time to pick up the polar bears? http://stks.co/iLvf http://ow.ly/hIEIA

    • bd4uandu: How about they buy $SODA and sell the syrup?
      2/14/13
    • Energysystems: That'd cannibalize their own sales, especially considering their investments into bottling recently.

    • Energysystems: I've been patiently waiting to add $KO. I'm still waiting.

    • bd4uandu: $SODA is getting some big money behind it... http://onforb.es/WqWYTj

    • bd4uandu: I don't understand $SODA but their marketing is growing the company.

    • Energysystems: Oh they're growing at a helluva clip, I've seen them at some stores I frequent($COST); I think a non-soda company will buy it if anyone does

    • Energysystems: I'd imagine, it'd be a great buy for a snack company. Not so much for a soda company.

    • Tony Kau: Is it canibalization of their own sales if they'd lose those to $SODA anyway? Sounds like a good acq target, but price probably too high

    • Energysystems: If you can buy "Coke" via $SODA, it'd be much cheaper than it would be buying it in cans/2 liters.

    • Energysystems: Kraft already has $SODA branded Country time, Crystal Lite, and Kool-Aid. I just think it's more likely a non-soda company buying it.

    • neobliviscar: Still going with the $36.50 buy price I called yesterday.
