    • jvix: Last AH price I saw was @14.45. ExDiv still above my basis in the 13.90s. I feel good about it. Nothing goes up in a straight line.

    • DaLatin: I have 11 mreits on my secondary watch list. When they announce is when I buy. Like NYMT did a secondary & 6.65 IN.4 days later back to 7s.
