    BeachRider I agree that this could be the case. Still, think it looks interesting. I have seen deals move down like this, only to finally go through on time as planned. Even if delayed a few months, I believe IRR is very strong for this arb opportunity given where JAVA is today.

    Yes, but for the post I just entered zero for option premiums to keep it simple. You could include long dated $10 calls on Sun as long as the additional transaction cost doesn't negate most of the premium income.
