citi needs a retail banker heading the helm, having an i-banker will not solve the mess they are in.

pandit is from the i-bank, the spectacular failures of most banks are the direct result of star i-bankers running the helm of banks seeking fatter profits and fatter payouts for their already fat wallets.

get a retail banker in there and maybe this heap of crap may have a fighting chance in making their supermarket mega banking model work.

btw did you all see the terms of their exchange offer?? It strangleholds shareholders because management looks like it pretty much anticipates bankruptcy if they can't convert the $25 billion in converts/prfrd's into equity!
