Day to day I focus on commercial real estate investment brokerage, specializing in operations and business development. To date I have managed the marketing/transaction process for over $650 million in senior housing, retail and multi-family real estate transactions.
My consulting company focuses on seniors housing development projects, personal investment advisory, seniors housing distressed and bankruptcy advisory and commercial real estate investments.
I received my A.S. from HCCC, my B.A in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago, and am obtaining my CFP from Boston University.
