Will Ray, a Registered Investment Manager, began his career with Bear Stearns in the institutional equities department. Will formed a Program Trading Team with Investment Technology Group (NYSE:ITG), then went on to build the Computer-Driven Trading Desk of Williams Capital, New York, Mclaughlin Capital, San Francisco, and WR Capital Markets, Mountain View, CA in a strategic alliance with Investment Technology Group and Lattice Trading.
Will was a consultant to the founder and Chairman of online trading company ETrade Group/KAP, in the area of derivatives transactions.
