Is an economist living in the desert southwest. Originally trained in Econometrics and environmental economics, he currently manages his own hedge fund using proprietary valuation models. During his professional career, William was a capital asset portfolio manager, Financial analyst, IT manager, and a SAP financial software consultant, developing software for clients such as: IBM, AT&T, Lucent, Hewlett Packard, and Universal Studios. When not tweaking his economic models, or re-balancing his portfolio, you may find Bill rock climbing or Mountain biking in the desert.
