I have extensive experience in the finance and securities fields, and had been a NASD Registered Securities Principal with a national investment firm and Chief Financial Officer for various companies.

I am a licensed CPA performed accounting, management, tax preparation services and handling tax dispute cases. I had prevailed in a matter in the United States Tax Court with the IRS who attempted to disallowed tax deductions taken and charge me substantial penalties and interest.
