  • Pizza Inn Q1 FY 2015 Earnings: Showing Improvement [View article]
They have 30 Pie Five's now and 340 in development. Revenue for Pie Five's rose 118% yoy. That's growth. Market cap is only 130 M. Chipotle is at 22 Billion. With over 300 restaurants in two years, Rave could be at 1 Billion market cap. In the growth phase investors aren't looking at profits. It's the revenue growth and market share that count. If they manage to execute on the plans RAVE could well double before end of year. The concept is liked very much by the end user and franchisees (like Chipotle). The risk is in other vendors copying the concept, but PIE Five is the first mover, positioned to grow very fast.

Pie Five is Chipotle for Pizza's in my opinion. I believe Rave could double in 6 months and be a ten bagger within 2 years.

How is it possible that dividends keep rising? Dividend yield stands at 9% now. 1.13 + 1.17 +1.38 + 1.41 are the last four quarterly dividends. That makes a total of 5.09 USD = 9.2 % dividend yield on the current share price of 55 USD. Am I missing something or is this outright phenomenal?

  • Workday - The Absolute Definition Of A Bubble [View article]
We'll see. A stock that is not turning a profit yet and worth 20 x sales is not my definition of cheap. When it will have 1 B revenue, it is still worth 16 x sales. Can you give me another stock of 1 B revenue that's worth more than 10 x sales?

Stockplaza, the market is insane. WDAY can have the same fate as Fireeye (NASDAQ:FEYE). From 95 to 28 in a few months. But the market's insanity may prevent it for a while.

  • Salesforce.com Earnings Call: Is The Lovefest Over? [View article]
What the average retail investor does not realize in all the propagandistic euphoria, is that revenue growth is accomplished at growing net losses. This quarter alone the net GAAP loss was 67 million. The revenue growth was actually smaller than the net loss.

At 8 times the sales, which are not even profitable, this is a recipe for future disaster.

From Insiderslab.com. They are a few days ahead of other financial websites like Yahoo, who will show these sells in 3 or 4 days.

No, because if it runs to 65 or even 70, I can sit out the paper loss and I am confident we'll see below 55 again.

Yesterday in after hours 3400 shares traded at 59.97. That is 1.3 USD below the closing prive of 61.30. I wonder how this is possible.

Well, yes, I am afraid the price could go to 65. When I first shorted this stock in the 50-55 area, I did not reckon with the crooked manipulation and the vast amount of growing shorts that have now become my enemy. Because I firmly believe the stock is rising because of shorts covering. After all, there is no rational reason to buy at this bubble valuation.
