What a fallacy... just becuase its NOT a bad thing (an irrationally exuberant bubble) doesn't mean its ALWAYS going to be a good thing. They are still just as vulnerable to a stalled stock price as the former horsemen, including CSCO and MSFT. In case you haven't noticed, CSCO is also cyclical.
