you are really going to step on the little guys and their families when they lose their jobs in the short term to non-unionized workers in China. maybe the 'green' jobs should be created first, before starting to worry about unions. once new environmentally friendly energy companies are created, they will be happy to quickly foot the bill for educating all the people who lost their jobs, etc, as global clean energy is the mother of all inventions and will make google look like chump change.
