The comparison between JRJC and TSCM is great. JRJC is significantly overvalued from any perspective, and waiting for the technical signal/catelyst for an entry on the short book. One thing to watch out though is the potential change in business model or new M&A activities by the firm, which has plenty of cash on the BS.

Also what has been overlooked here is the political hostility against youths' obsession with online games in China. Any adverse policy could led to a sharp decline in the projected growth. Apart from that, I like this stock, and think it might be one of the gem among all the China concepts.

Over half the names here, esp in the wireless service industry, do not see a substantial improvement in fundementals. Earnings are still in the negative region, and the market environement just became worse. I am seeing a short interest accumulating as the China Story runs to the final phase. Having said that, Hong Kong and other Neighbourhood Asian countries could benefit from more capital liberalization policies from mainland China and relative valuation attractiveness.

The statistical findings are very interesting. But the short term momentum is still believed to continue with a large pool of money waiting to flood in, either through the allowance of mainlanders' retail investment in HK, or the QDII program which aroused quite a lot of interest in Sep. Any other thoughts?
