Given that the company just filed suit a couple of months ago, we would be surprised if the Markman hearing were scheduled before 2H13. For example, Vringo (VRNG) filed suit against AOL (AOL), Google (GOOG), et. al. on September 15, 2011 and the Markman hearing was not until June 4, 2012 – nearly 9 months later. Similarly, Augme Technolgies filed suit against Gannett (GCI) and AOL in 2011, but did not report the Markman ruling until September 4, 2012.
