    donenrique - em26 is right there too - NAV is a core metric for evaluating REITs, as is Price/Book. Filtering on the PE ratio was just a starting point - we intend for our lists to be the starting point of anyone's own analysis and due diligence when they're picking stocks. In the future though, we'll include NAV and Price/Book when focusing on REITs. Thanks for the feedback.

    Hi - thanks for the comment. In the case of AGNC, we sourced the market cap data from FinViz, where it says that AGNC's market cap is around $2B: http://bit.ly/KmtrGc.
    However, when we look at Google Finance and Yahoo Finance, you are right - it says that the market cap is $7B. Thanks for pointing that out.

    Jimmy46 - Thanks for your comment. While it's true that CR is probably most insightful when comparing among peers, having a CR below 1 is generally considered a bad sign in that a company might struggle to meet short term obligations:
