Alan Brochstein, CFA has worked in the securities industry for over 22 years. He founded AB Analytical Services in 2007 in order to provide research and consulting to smaller registered investment advisors. Prior to that, he was a principal and analyst/portfolio manager at Piedra Capital, which manages over $500mm for individuals and institutions.

While he is a generalist, his expertise is most evident in the Healthcare and Technology sectors. He is particularly devoted to the process of screening and takes pride in his ability to analyze companies from both a fundamental and technical perspective.
