Monday, November 28, 2011, 10:55 AM ETTessera (TSRA +4.2%) trades higher after the U.S. Supreme Court rejects requests to review an earlier ITC ruling that found its patents were valid, and several competing firms had infringed upon them. The U.S. Court of Appeals had affirmed the ITC's decision last December, and the defendant companies asked the Supreme Court to review the case. The court rejected their appeals without comment.
