I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING ROCCO PENDOLA'S COMMENTS ON NETFLIX FOR A WHILE NOW AND HE DOES EXPLAIN IN DETAIL WHY TO SHORT NETFLIX . BUT,EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF INSURANCE, JUST IN CASE IF NETFLIX GOES BACK UP. I WOULD BUY SOME NFLX LONG CALL OPTIONS TO GO WITH LONG PUT OPTIONS WHICH IS ALSO CALLED (STRADDLES). THEY ARE STILL VERY INEXPENSIVE IN COMPARISON TO WHAT NFLX WAS TRADING JUST A FEW MONTHS AGO.

certainly less risky, but unnecessary, since the case for the NFLX short is very solid. A better hedge is simply to buy puts further out like June or beyond.

if netfickxxx is so bad, and as a company appears clearly to be so, why were about 10K calls bought yesterday? Must be some fire with the smoke. I am net short, but scurrying.
