    Consumers are returning more and more electronic gadgets even when they're not defective, generating huge costs for retailers and manufacturers, Accenture reports, estimating $16.7B will be spent in 2011 repairing, reboxing, restocking and reselling such products. The return rate for the devices is 11%-20%, with more than half of retailers reporting higher return rates than previous years.

    Mostly because they are junk before they come out of the box.

    Got to be honest though, why buy it in the first place? It won't change your life.
