    California AG Kamala Harris sues Fannie Mae (FNMA.OB) and Freddie Mac (FMCC.OB) to force them to comply with a subpoena to hand over documents they refused to provide. Harris' filing also alleges that the mortgage giants may have violated securities laws over the housing-related debt they issue.

    AG, Kamala Harris, is running for governor of California via the power of subpoena. Fannie & Freddie aren't going to give her squat except promotional media opportunities such as this. If AG Harris really wanted to do her job, she should subpoena the former CA, "AG", Jerry Brown - who is now CA Governor - for not being on the ball while in the AG's office
