Not only are the content costs for such a large, developed market likely to be high, Netflix could face stiff competition from Amazon-owned (AMZN) LoveFilm. LoveFilm's dominance of the U.K. online DVD rental market leaves it in prime position to (ironically) go after Netflix with an integrated DVD/streaming offering. (also)
