Friday, December 30, 2011, 4:14 PM ETSenior Housing Properties (SNH) receives notice that Sunrise Senior Living (SRZ) will terminate its leases for 10 senior living communities, effective Dec. 31, 2013. SNH believes Marriott (MAR)) - which guaranteed the leases - no longer wanted to be liable for such and required Sunrise to terminate. Sunrise has offered to continue the leases, but without the Marriott guarantee, an offer SNH has declined. (PR)
