    Enterprise Products (EPD +2.2%) announces that it will build a 1.23K mile pipeline from the Marcellus/Utica Shale region to Texas to deliver ethane. The company says a number of shippers committed to terms of at least 15 years, providing the needed incentive for the firm to invest in infrastructure to help realize the long-term potential of a pipeline.

    This should be a very good thing, they are adding pipes to existing right of ways and reversing flow on 1 pipe for partial. ALL relatively very inexpensive, with 15 year commitments on flow @ .15 a GALLON on 190,000 BARRELS a day.
