Remember also that a "subscriber" is really an "account" which frequently is used by multiple "people" in a "household".
A family of four could probably go through a lot of Netflix content in a given week, with mom watching different stuff than dad, and bro watching different stuff than sis.
Plus there were a couple of holiday weeks in this quarter when not much else was on TV, plus the end of the fall prime time seasons.
And besides, this is America, 8 hours of TV per week is nothin!
