Thursday, January 12, 2012, 1:00 PM ETDDR (DDR +3%) prices its 16.5M share offering at $12.95, a 0.9% discount from Wednesday's closing price. The shares - which are part of a finance arrangement with its JV partner Blackstone - are being offered in connection with a forward sale agreement with Goldman Sachs and Citigroup, in which each are expected to borrow and sell half the shares offered.
