Rosneft (OTCPK:RNFTF) has agreed to a $270B deal to provide China with 365M tons of oil over the next 25 years, with the Russian company due to start transporting supplies next month. The agreement adds to the 15M tons a year (300,000 bpd) of oil that Russia already sells to China via an Asian pipeline.
