Dish Network (DISH +2.8%) closed higher after Credit Suisse noted AT&T (NYSE:T) has dropped its call for an extensive FCC review of Dish's request for a waiver that would allow it to use its spectrum to provide 4G mobile services. Credit Suisse sees the move as evidence AT&T, which is facing a spectrum shortage following the collapse of the T-Mobile deal, is hungry to buy Dish's airwaves. (previously)
