    Is Netflix (NFLX) taking a toll on Viacom's (VIA, VIA.B) Nickelodeon unit? Multiple analysts think so, after slumping ratings for the kids TV channel, whose older shows are streamed on Netflix, contributed to an FQ1 earnings decline. However, CEO Philippe Dauman claims there hasn't been a large increase in the Netflix streaming of Nickelodeon shows, and blames the ratings drop on Nielsen's methodology. (earlier)

    i say play the trend, ride the wave on nflx and make some money with the stock. when people hope and pray for a stock to go their way, it never really works out as good as they intended .if and when it goes down, short the hell out of it.

    NFLX said it's 23 million customers streamed 2 billion hours. Tell me some of that wasn't Nickelodian.
