Magnum Hunter says pipeline shutdown will not affect results
- Magnum Hunter Resources (MHR) discloses a temporary shutdown of gas processing facilities owned by MarkWest Energy (MWE) in Wetzel County, W. Va., due to a break in a natural gas liquids pipeline caused by a landslide.
- Due to the shutdown, the Eureka Hunter gas gathering system's natural gas throughput volumes (on an mcf/day basis) to the Mobley processing facilities are reduced by ~75%, but MHR does not expect to see a material impact on its financial results of operations.
