An 800 bps Y/Y drop in factory utilization rates to 78% helped stabilize prices, as did strong holiday TV sales. Panel makers AU Optronics (AUO) and LG Display (LPL) have rallied strongly on optimism regarding panel prices, though the arrival of new capacity could lead to additional pressure.
