That's a decline worse than Q3's 11.4% drop, and much worse than the 1.4% drop reported last month for global shipments. H-P (HPQ), with a regional share of 22.2%, has plenty to lose from collapsing Euro demand. However, Apple (AAPL), which actually saw healthy shipment growth in the U.K. and France, is bucking the tide.
