    McDonald's (MCD) reports global same-store sales growth of 6.7% in January. The U.S. was the best performing segment with a 7.8% increase in sales followed by the Asia/Pacific, Middle East and Africa region up a strong 7.3%, helped by the timing of the Chinese New Year. Shares +0.5% premarket.
