supposed to go other way in a housing recovery

The 539M from previous month was revised down from original 548M. S drop is larger than expected. Some recovery in housing...lol

nothing can stop this housing recovery now; NOTHING! except maybe higher rates if they ever taper, higher unemployment thanks to 0bamacare, higher flood insurance rates due to Biggert-Waters act, higher PMI rates, higher property taxes, flood of new dwellings on market if Blackstone and the rest decide to sell their holdings off any time soon. I won't mention shadow inventory because it is still in the shadows :-)

Starting to see significant price reductions for houses that have been on the market for 4 to 6 months.
