  • It was a money laundering scheme to refund the investors in MF Global to keep Corzine out of prison. And people debunk the idea of conspiracy theories.

  • If true, that is LOL worthy. Straight off the presses from the Middle Kingdom's black ops dept of Economic Warfare?

I know it sounds like tin-foil hat conspiracy, but "I'm just saying..."

  • It wouldn't surprise me if we find out Corzine and Goldman were behind this. Of course we will never hear the truth behind this one neither.

  • Honestly now, what's the difference between some CB printing this money and putting it in a bank or some crook printing it and putting it in some bank...none

  • One and the same. Except the crook will get money into the economy much faster and boost GDP much faster than Obama or any government could. There is no crony leakage with a crook.

  • Inquiring minds want to know why they chose to counterfeit 1934 "Treaty of Versailles" vintage bonds or were these actually counterfeited in 1934?. And why counterfeit the strong box they were stored in too?

Like a lot of financial news lately, this one don't smell right either...
