    The bid of Larry Summers to land the top job at the World Bank hits a major headwind when a record-setting 37K people sign an online petition protesting the economist's inclusion on President Obama's short list. The petition focuses a bit on Summers' well-documented missteps when describing the capabilities of women. "We need a nominee who believes girls have the same potential as boys."
