    Apple (AAPL) plans to release a 7-inch "iPad Mini" in Q3, claims a Samsung Securities analyst (.pdf), backing up a recent rumor on the subject. It's also speculated future iPads could feature flexible AMOLED panels, though their cost makes it unlikely over the near-term. Global AMOLED production is expected to grow 147% this year, a positive for technology supplier Universal Display (PANL).
