    Plains All American (PAA) -3.3% AH after announcing a 5M share stock offering, which would net proceeds of $411.8M if based on today's close. The company says it will use the proceeds to help pay for its acquisition of BP's Canadian's natural gas liquids business.

    I would like to know how the stock market trades when the market is closed? How can PAA trade at $82.36 at the close Monday and open at $79.36 on Tuesday.
