The firm estimates the iPhone's share of U.S. smartphone subs (on a trailing 3-month basis) totaled 29.5% in January, roughly unchanged from December. Android's share rose 130 bps to 48.6%, while the BlackBerry's fell 80 bps to 15.2%. Yesterday, Canaccord said its checks indicated the iPhone continues to gain U.S. share.
