Tuesday, March 6, 2012, 6:25 PM ETA whopping 52% of mobile app sessions on Android and iOS devices involve games, claims Flurry Analytics, which also estimates game sessions are up nearly 4x Y/Y in Q1. However, Flurry also notes only 32% of sessions involve games developed by "established" industry firms, down from 44% in Q1 '11. This suggests it won't be easy for the likes of EA, ATVI, and TTWO to offset console weakness with mobile gaming initiatives. (previously)
