most people are rabbits and challenged by fractions.
most of the clowns around here freak that this is a negative number. some wonder when the Initial claims number will ever be positive! every week there is some "expert" who wonders out loud what will happen when there is nobody left to fire!
don't understand the business cycle? are you kidding? most of these people believe that's a Harley Davidson product aimed at corporate execs. (fat cats in their parlance)

We have a pretty good local college where im at. The new scam is get the student loan, show up for a few weeks, then stop going.
The govt doesn't even check to see if they are attending. But they keep them checks a coming regardless.
Even through a Bankruptcy you keep Student Loan Debt.
