    Nokia (NOK) will reportedly team up with Microsoft (MSFT) to launch a 10-inch Windows tablet in Q4 powered by Qualcomm's dual-core platform. The move is expected to strengthen Microsoft's position against Android tablet manufacturers. Shares of NOK -1.2% premarket.
