    Baidu (BIDU -1.5%) sells off a bit following Youku.com's (YOKU +13.7%) and Tudou's (TUDO +147%) merger announcement. There could be fears the combined company, which will have a YouTube-like dominance of the Chinese online video market, will thwart Baidu's own online video ambitions.
