    Blocked by Mexican regulators from tapping television in his home country, Carlos Slim (AMX) is entering a less-protective market, financing an internet TV network that will include an interview show hosted by Larry King and could be running by October. But for all his billions, Slim has little experience with TV content, and analysts don't have a handle on his business model.
